In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the Yes Win, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Platform Yes Win accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned in full. Any processing fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the respective payment provider, not yes win.

• Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX may take up to 1 business day depending on the respective bank's policy.

Yes win reserves the right to decline or suspend a withdrawal if there are signs of fraud, a breach of terms, or if the member's identity has not been fully verified. In such cases, yes win will notify the member and allow a reasonable period to resolve any outstanding issues.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Yes Win – including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other special offers – are subject to the following wagering requirements and rules:

Yes win reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these prohibitions. During an investigation, yes win may freeze the relevant account and withhold any withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.

Yes Win reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that registration information is false, incomplete, or misleading.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of multiple account usage, fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members through the yes win self-exclusion tool.

When an account is closed at the member's own request without any breach of these terms, the actual cash balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met the turnover requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method used. Processing time is within 3 to 5 business days.

If closure is due to a breach of terms, yes win reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including cash balances derived from activities that violate those terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yes Win not liable for:

Yes win's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, or RM500, whichever is lower.
